Reporting to the Vice President of Communications, Development & Strategic Partnerships, and working with the Director of Development and Communications, this position will be critical to ensuring the continued growth of Glynwood’s programs and initiatives and high standards of excellence in donor relations, a fundamental asset in achieving the organization’s long-term strategic goals. This position is full-time, primarily onsite, and may include some remote work to be determined. Our offices are in Cold Spring, NY. We provide all technology to support your work and onboarding process, including norms for working and building relationships among our team.

This is a seasonal, with potential to become year-round, hands-on position to assist the
Livestock team with daily chores related to pasture management, fencing, and animal care. On a daily
basis, the Livestock Farm Hand takes direction from the Farm Director, Livestock Operation and Farm
Outreach and the Assistant Livestock Manager, and works with others on all aspects of Glynwood’s
livestock operation.

The Bilingual Food Access Coordinator will contribute to Glynwood’s goal of making CSA more affordable and accessible to all by supporting the day-to-day management of our CSA is a SNAP program. Under the supervision of the Director of Regional Food Programs, the Food Access Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating partner farm onboarding and contracting, one-on-one technical support, ambassador recruitment and management, and coordinating meetings (virtual and/or in-person). In addition, they will assist with outreach, promotion, member recruitment, partner farm recruitment, and program evaluation.
