Food for Thought: Lunch with Glynwood

Monday, November 16: Glynwood, Cold Spring, NY
Thursday, November 19: Shuka, New York City
12 - 1:30 PM

From climate resilience to food security, the biggest stories of our time are being written in fields, kitchens, and communities. At Glynwood, we've spent more than 25 years cultivating a food system that works for farmers, land, and the people they feed, starting in the Hudson Valley and inspiring work across the country.

As federal support for local agriculture grows more uncertain, the farming population ages, extreme weather becomes the norm, food costs rise, and questions about food safety make headlines, strong regional food systems have never mattered more. Regional food systems are how we ensure there are skilled farmers on the land and good food on our plates for generations to come.

Join us for lunch and an inside look at what's growing: farmer training programs preparing the next generation of regional growers, a revival of regionally grown grains, climate-smart practices on small farms, and food access programs connecting more people with fresh, local food.

It's also a chance to connect with the Glynwood team, ask questions, and learn more about what’s on the horizon.

We're hosting two lunches this fall, so choose whichever works best for you: join us on our farm in the Hudson Valley, or meet us in the city.

Come hungry for good food, great conversation, and stories worth telling.
