Kim Wong
When she was a teenager, Kim learned how to cook from her father, who was training at the Culinary Institute of America at the time. It was an eye-opening experience that led her to fall in love with food, not only as a way to connect to and care for people, but also as a creative endeavor. Through her cooking explorations, she quickly learned that the best food comes from using high-quality, minimally-processed ingredients. These foundational moments instilled her with a curiosity and passion for where food comes from and how to make those ingredients more accessible to all.
Kim comes to Glynwood with over 10 years of experience in the NYC restaurant and hospitality industry. As the Concierge, she works with the events and hospitality team to ensure that our overnight guests have the best possible experience. Kim has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama from New York University. When she's not at Glynwood, Kim is a professional working actress and private meal prep chef.
