Christina Tracy
Christina spent nearly 15 years in NYC leading marketing and sales teams in the hospitality industry, where she directed customer engagement, brand growth, and operations. Her passions began to shift in 2015, when she joined the Bushwick Food Co-op and developed a deep appreciation for fresh food and the value of local agriculture.
This experience sparked an interest in plant medicine, leading her to complete a year of training at the ArborVitae School of Traditional Herbalism in 2019. Her dedication to food, health, and sustainability led her to return to school to deepen her understanding of business and systems thinking. Christina earned her MBA from the University of New Hampshire’s Paul College in 2024, specializing in marketing and analytics, with a focus on sustainable supply chains.
She now brings her background in team leadership and operations to Glynwood’s Farm Store, with a passion for using data and forecasting to streamline inventory and product flow. Christina is committed to smarter food systems, minimizing waste, strengthening local networks, and expanding access to nourishing food. In her free time, she volunteers at local food pantries and supports newly resettled refugee families in the Hudson Valley.
