Calling all farmers (and friends of the farmer)! April's dinner is held specially on a Sunday in April so that regional farmers can squeeze it in before the growing season heats up. First-time Glynwood guest chef Michelle Timothee of La Talaye will introduce us to her international cuisine with a Caribbean twist, inspired by her grandparents homeplace of Saint-Michel-de-Attalaye.
