We welcome you to join us for our April Farm Dinner, in which a portion of the available seating will be designated for local farmers. Come dine alongside the people that make the Hudson Valley the hub of food and farming that we appreciate every day. Chef Shawn Hubble, a Glynwood favorite and force of local cuisine, will be cooking an original menu with our farm-fresh ingredients. Shawn has cooked Glynwood's Pig Roast as well as worked alongside esteemed Food Journalist and Chef Mark Bittman at our October Farm Dinner. Plus, don't miss Farmer and Poet Scott Chaskey perform a live reading from his work on farming and the role it plays in fostering community.
