Join author Lynne Curry for an eye-opening beef tasting and cooking demonstration using meat and produce from Glynwood. During this demonstration cooking class, you will experience the differences between conventional and grassfed beef and understand the implications of cooking it.

Lynne will also prepare two of the appealing, all-season recipes from her techniques-based book to sample.  The evening will conclude with Q&A and an opportunity to purchase Lynne’s new book, Pure Beef, at 75% of list price.  A user-friendly, expert guide to grassfed beef, Pure Beef is recommended by the American Grassfed Association and a favorite summer cookbook of The Washington Post.
