Organic Gardening 101, Glynwood Gardener Dave Llewellyn

June 28, 9:00 am–12:00 pm

Garden

This workshop covers the concepts, methods and materials used in organic gardening. Topics include seed starting, crop rotations, soil health, pest management, weed management, and cover cropping. After assembling at the Main House, where coffee and tea will be available, the workshop takes place outdoors, so check the weather and dress appropriately.  You will walk about a mile, half of which will be uphill. Highlights of the walk include the greenhouses, our vegetable production gardens, the perennial and annual gardens.
