Canning and Pickling 101

This workshop will be held at Valley restaurant at The Garrison in Garrison, NY.
Co-chefs Brandon Collins and Vin Mocarski from the critically-acclaimed Valley restaurant at The Garrison will teach this class. Learn basic canning and pickling techniques that allow you to enjoy vegetables from the spring and summer harvest throughout the year. Proper cooking, cooling and storage will be covered. The class will use produce from both Glynwood Farm and The Garrison’s own farm.
